SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — According to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office (SCSO), a man's body was found near a pond in Shelby County on Monday, April 22.
Investigators said an adult man's body was found near a large pond in a wooded area just northwest of the intersection of Austin Peay and Singleton Pkwy. around 12:15 p.m.
Shelby County Fire paramedics pronounced the man dead on the scene, SCSO said.
