Caleb Hilliard is a member of the ABC24 sports team, joining the team in August, 2023.
Caleb began his career as a play-by-play broadcaster for Memphis Men's and Women's soccer in 2017. After graduated from college he became a news photographer at WREG in Memphis. He worked for the Memphis station for three and a half years covering breaking news and working on award-winning special projects.
He arrived at ABC24 in April of 2023 and worked as a photographer/multi skilled journalist for a year before transitioning to our sports team in 2023.
Caleb began his collegiate career at Tusculum College in 2014, where he also played lacrosse. He graduated from the University of Memphis in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
Caleb grew up in Memphis and has been a sports fan for as long as he can remember. He is excited to cover the teams that he grew up watching.
Caleb is very excited to bring his passion for sports to Memphis and is ready to continue to immerse himself in the community.
