SOUTHAVEN, Miss — The Mid-South Fair midway will be closed Friday, Sept. 27, due to inclement weather from remnants of Tropical Storm Helene, according to organizers. The Youth Talent Contest however, will continue as scheduled in the Lander's Center theater. The full event will be back the following day starting at 10 a.m. and will continue until 10 p.m.
