Brim’s Snacks began its manufacturing operations in a small building off of Highway 70 back in 1982. Terry Brimhall, along with wife Becky, began slowly building and expanding its snack business over the next 30 years in the Bartlett area.

Popular snacks include their white cheddar popcorn as well as their cheese puffs all of which are made on site. But the staple remains a southern favorite, the pork rind.

Recently Brim’s acquired another 75,000 square foot building, bringing their total operation to just over 200,000 sq. ft all in the Bartlett area.

Brim’s general manager Michael Patrick says the recent expansions has also allowed Brim’s to finally move their pork operations into a much-needed larger facility.

“Currently we’re moving our pork department, which has been in the same area of the building since 1987, into another department that was freed up when we built the new warehouse,” says Patrick.

Patrick adds that moving into the new warehouse will help increase Brim’s efficiencies in addition to taking on new business in the future.
