Memphis CN Railway Chief, Andrew Martin, has been charged with domestic assault, according to Memphis Police.
Officers responded to a call in the 800 block of Summer Shade Lane.
Andrew Martin, 60, was reportedly involved in a verbal altercation with Jacquelyne Malone. Malone said that the Martin pushed her face down in the kitchen floor, causing her to bleed.
She also said he twisted her arm and threw a glass at him. Malone was transported to Regional One Hospital.
However, Martin told the police that Malone threw the glass and hit him in the chest multiple times.
The police were unable to determine the primary aggressor and arrested both Malone and Martin.
