The plaza in front of the Fedex Forum has gotten a face lift!
The Memphis Travel Organizers and “I Love Memphis” blog came up with new designs for the balls that line the street in front of the Forum.
The Fedex Forum said in a tweet that the new designs pay tribute to the heart and soul of the Bluff City.
