MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Muggin Coffeehouse announced Friday, Feb. 16, that they are officially closing their Whitehaven location.
"Being a part of this community over the past four years has been a blessing," they said in a Facebook statement. "But having the opportunity to serve the community in Whitehaven has truly been our honor."
They said they encountered "unfortunate circumstances" that resulted in the decision to close the location.
"Whitehaven is dear to our team and our owners', Mary and Ken Olds, hearts so it is with great sadness that we had to make this decision," the statement said. "The incredible support we have received since opening Muggin seemed promising. Thank you to each and every person who walked this journey alongside us."
The location will close on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024. However, their location in Uptown Memphis at 606 N. Main St. #101 will remain open.
