MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person is dead and another injured after a shooting occurred just after midnight at a gas station in Whitehaven.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) responded to the shooting Thursday around 1 a.m. at the Fill N Save gas station located at 1341 Winchester Road, where officers found a man seriously hurt.
According to MPD, he was taken to Regional One Health in critical condition, but died at the hospital.
Police said another person injured from the incident arrived at Regional One Health by a private vehicle in non-critical condition.
The suspect was riding a silver Infiniti, according to police.
