MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is dead after a shooting happened early Wednesday morning in North Memphis.
Officers with the Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting Oct. 2, 2024, around 5 a.m. on Lyon Avenue. They found a man with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead.
Police said no one is currently in custody.
An investigation is underway.
