1 injured after shooting near Winchester Road in southeast Shelby County

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the shooting Monday, Jan. 22, around 9 p.m. in the area of Crestwyn Hills Drive near Winchester Road.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person was hospitalized after a shooting happened Monday night near Winchester Road in southeast Shelby County.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the shooting Jan. 22 around 9 p.m. in the area of Crestwyn Hills Drive near Winchester Road.

One person was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.

Around 8:52 p.m. patrol deputies responded to a shooting with injuries in the area of Crestwyn Hills Dr. near Winchester Rd. One person has been transported to Baptist Memphis in non critical condition. Detectives are on scene investigating the incident. pic.twitter.com/1SKRNXP7GA
