MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman is seriously injured and another is facing charges after a shooting occurred Thursday night at a Whitehaven apartment complex near the Memphis airport.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) responded to the shooting on Nov. 9 around 10:15 p.m. at the Highland Meadows Apartments at 5100 Village Pine Circle.
Officers found one woman seriously hurt. She was taken to Regional One Health in critical condition.
Police also placed one woman, 29-year-old Rachele Murckson, into custody. She was later charged with aggravated assault, according to MPD.
