WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — A 15-year-old teenager is dead after a shooting happened on Monday, June 10, 2024, in West Memphis, police announced Tuesday.
The West Memphis Police Department said they received calls about a shooting at 721 N. 14th St. around 10 p.m.
There, officers and CID detectives found a 15-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
West Memphis police said CID detectives then began investigating and processed the scene for evidence. The investigation is ongoing.
