MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Three people were injured - two of which now fighting for their lives - after separate shootings and assaults throughout Memphis late Monday night and early Tuesday morning, Memphis Police said.
The first shooting happened near downtown Memphis just after 10 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Cynthia Place. Memphis Police responded to the shooting and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.
The next incident was around 12:54 a.m. Tuesday at the 1000 block of North Hollywood Street. Officers found a man suffering from injuries after an assault. He was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.
Memphis Police then responded to a shooting at the 3200 block of Kirby Parkway. A man was found suffering from a gunshot wound and taken to Regional One Hospital in non-critical condition.
