MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was sent to the hospital Thursday morning after a shooting happened in East Memphis.
The Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting Feb. 29 around 6:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Getwell Road, where officers found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
He was taken to Regional One Health in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
