Frayser shooting leaves man critically hurt

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is seriously injured after a shooting took place Tuesday in Frayser.

The Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting May 28, 2024, just after 1 a.m. in the 2100 block of St. Elmo Avenue. There, officers found a man hurt.

He was taken to Regional One Health in critical condition. According to investigators, the man knew the suspect.
