Man charged in fatal Frayser shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police Department have charged a man in a deadly shooting that happened Feb. 11 in Frayser that killed one.

The Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting around 11:30 p.m. in the 3200 block of Thomas St., where officers found a man with an apparent gunshot wound.

He was taken to Regional One Health in critical condition, where he was pronounced dead. 

On Feb. 20, MPD charged 37-year-old Ronard Duncan with first-degree murder in the shooting.
