Memphis man charged with threatening staff at Campbell Clinic in Germantown

Cordarius Bush was booked into the Germantown jail and is currently charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of domestic assault.

2/25/2021 - Germantown Police have arrested a man they said showed up at the Campbell Clinic Thursday, armed and making threats.

It happened about 10:40 a.m. Thursday at the clinic in the 1400 block of Germantown Road. Officers were called to a report of an armed party. They said the suspect had walked into the entryway of the building with “some type of long gun” and made threats to the staff. The suspect took off before officers arrived.

No shots were fired, and no one was hurt.

Police said the suspect, 24-year-old Cordarius Bush of Memphis, was arrested by Memphis Police a couple hours later at his home. 

The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
