MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was shot at 3896 Lamar Avenue on Friday, Nov. 1.
Officers with the Memphis Police Department (MPD) arrived at the scene at around 6:00 p.m. after receiving a call about a shooting in the area. The victim was transported to Regional One Health in critical condition, according to MPD.
As of writing, officers are checking the area and its hospitals for other possible victims.
MPD said a woman has been detained at this time.
