MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is dead and another is in custody after a shooting happened Thursday morning in North Memphis.
The Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting Feb. 1 shortly before 6:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of Davis Circle. A man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said officers detained another man.
The investigation is ongoing.
