MEMPHIS, Tenn — According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), a man is dead after a shooting in Whitehaven on Tuesday.
Officers said they responded to a shooting in the 4700 block of Tulane Rd. around 4 p.m.
A man was found shot in front of an apartment and was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
