MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man has died and a woman is injured after a shooting in Whitehaven on Nov. 27, 2024, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).
Around 7 p.m., officers said they responded to a shooting at E. Shelby Dr. and Faronia, where a woman was found and taken to Regional One. A man left the scene to Methodist South before officers arrived.
At first, the woman was expected to be okay, but officers later changed her status to critical condition.
The man has now been pronounced dead, officers said.
