MEMPHIS, Tenn — According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), a man is injured after a shooting near Gillespie Road on Tuesday.
Officers said they responded to a shooting in the 2100 block of Gillespie Circle around 5 p.m. Soon after, they announced another shooting across the street on the 6300 block of Shelby Briar Dr. that happened around the same time.
One man was shot and taken to Regional One in critical condition, police said.
MPD said the suspect(s) drove away from the scenes in a black SUV, and they are still at large.
