MEMPHIS, Tenn — According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), a man was found shot on Olympic St. after a shooting at South Main and Gayoso on Friday.
MPD said they responded to a shooting around 6:40 p.m. at South Main near Gayaso, but could not find a victim. However, at 7:15 p.m., they found a man injured on the 700 block of Olympic. Police said he ran away after being shot.
The man was taken to Regional One in critical condition, according to MPD.
Memphis police said a crime scene at the Peabody Hotel is related to this incident.
There is no suspect information at this time, according to police.
