Man shot & killed at house party in Frayser

Police said the victim had gotten into a fight Saturday with another man, who shot him.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating after they said a man was shot and killed at a house party Saturday.

It happened just before 7:00 p.m. in the 2400 block of Vayu Court near north Watkins in Frayser.

Police said the victim was shot during a fight with an unknown man at the house party. The victim was taken to Regional One, where he died from his injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 901-528-CASH.

On 2/27 at 6:50 pm, officers responded to a shooting at 2841 Vayu Ct. A male victim was located and xported critical to ROH but later died from his injuries.
This shooting stemmed from an altercation with an unknown male at a house party.
