Man shot Saturday afternoon near American Way and Getwell

MEMPHIS, Tenn — Memphis Police are investigating after a shooting Saturday afternoon.

MPD officers responded to the shooting just before 1:10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, at American Way and Getwell. They found one man shot, and he was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.

Investigators have not said what led to the shooting or released any information on suspects.
