Third person charged in weekend shooting death of Memphis motel

The victim has been identified as Rodrecus Partee, 29.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — UPDATE 7/7/2021 - The U.S. Marshal service says a third person has been arrested on charges in a deadly shooting Saturday night.

Gladdaysha Wilson was arrested on a warrant for First Degree Murder.

Rodrecus Partee was shot to death near the 3600 block of American Way on July 3rd. 

The marshals said Wilson was found Wednesday near the 2900 block of Brunswick Road in Memphis. She was taken into custody without incident.

7/5/2021: Memphis police have arrested two men in connection with Saturday night's deadly shooting at America's Best Value Inn at 3685 American Way.

Jamal Medlock, 21, is charged with first degree murder and first degree murder in perpetration of a robbery. Jer'Miracle Walton, 21, is charged with facilitation to wit first degree murder.

The victim in this crime has been identified as Rodrecus Partee, 29.

One man is dead after being shot at a Memphis hotel late Saturday night.
According to the Memphis Police department, the man was shot just after 11pm at 3685 American Way, which is the address for the Americas Best Value Inn Memphis I-240. Police are looking for two suspects.
