MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police Department officials responded to a shooting with multiple victims on Millbranch Rd. in Whitehaven Monday night.
MPD officials said officers responded to a shooting in the 3600 block of Millbranch near Uncle Lou's fried chicken around 6:30 p.m.
A man was pronounced dead on the scene while two others were taken to hospitals in critical condition, according to MPD. The two injured are now listed as non-critical.
Officers said they detained a man on the scene.
Officers closed off part of Millbranch and directed traffic away from the area.
