MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is dead after a shooting happened overnight at a restaurant in southeast Memphis.
The Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting Wednesday, March 13, just after 12:30 a.m. at the Cook Out restaurant in the 7700 block of Winchester Road next door to Whataburger, where officers found a man with an apparent gunshot wound.
He was pronounced dead.
This is an ongoing investigation, police said.
