MEMPHIS, Tenn — A man is dead after being shot Wednesday night at the University Highland Apartments near the University of Memphis.
According to the Memphis Police Department, the shooting happened around 8:43 p.m. in the 3400 block of Spottswood in the Messick Buntyn neighborhood.
The victim was taken to St. Francis Hospital where he died.
There isn't any suspect information.
This is an ongoing investigation.
