MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department (MPD) said a teen girl has been found after getting abducted Monday, Sept. 16, by a 27-year-old man.
The teen was taken from the Orange Mound area around 3 p.m., according to a statement from MPD. Her father told MPD he got into an argument with another man about the teen, who was sitting in man's car during the argument. The father said the man then aimed a handgun at both him and his daughter, threatening to shoot her if she left the car. The man then left with the girl following the argument.
Investigators confirmed she was found around 8 p.m. that night.
