MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating a shooting Wednesday afternoon in northeast Memphis.
MPD said officers responded to the shooting about 3:45 p.m. Nov. 15, 2023, in the 4900 block of Hidden Lake Dr. near Battle Creek Dr. They said one person was shot and taken to a nearby hospital, then transported to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.
Investigators have not said what led to the shooting, but the suspect was in a gold Chevy sedan.
Police said the suspect and the victim knew each other.
