MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police Department officials are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect who stole an Amazon Delivery van.
A release from MPD said that at roughly 2:10 p.m. Sunday, July 14, officers responded to a motor vehicle theft at North Cooper Street and Court Avenue in Midtown Memphis.
Officers were told that while an Amazon delivery driver was making a stop at a residence to drop off a package, an unknown male is said to have entered the van and drove off.
The van was later recovered at 527 Leath Street, approximately three and a half miles away.
MPD officials said in a release that no arrests have been made and the investigation is still ongoing.
