MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police said one person has been detained after a man was shot in Frayser.
MPD officers responded to the shooting about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, in the 2000 block of Portland near Woodlawn Terrace. They found one man shot and he was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.
Investigators have not said what led to the shooting, but one person was taken into custody. They said the suspects were in a black Infiniti.
