MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police Department is now searching for a suspect after one person was killed and two people were injured in a Thursday morning shooting at an apartment complex in the Hollywood area.
According to MPD, the suspect could be driving a white Buick SUV.
MPD said officers responded to a shooting in the 2500 block of Peres Ave. at 12:48 a.m. on Thursday, June 1.
Two people were transported to the hospital with injuries, MPD said. One person was transported to Regional One Hospital in critical condition, and the other person was transported to Methodist University in non-critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing, MPD said.
