MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A robbery occurred on the University of Memphis campus Sunday night, leading to an investigation.
According to the U of M safety alert, two armed suspects approached a male sitting in his car around 9:15 p.m. on Patterson Street, near Southern Avenue.
They demanded he hand over his belongings then ran away, heading west on Mynders Avenue in a dark colored sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry.
The man was not hurt, according to the alert.
U of M police are helping the Memphis Police Department with the case.
