MEMPHIS, Tenn. — UPDATE 3/10/2020 - A third man has been charged in a shooting that grazed a 4-year-old girl as she slept.
18-year-old Donyaveus Betts faces 14 counts of attempted first degree murder. According to the police affidavit, Betts, along with 20-year-old Tommy Dang and 20-year-old Kevin Cantu, took part in the shooting. Police say Dang's sister, who they say admitted to taking part in the planning, saw Betts with her brothers rifle in the suspect's vehicle at the time of the shooting.
Betts is in jail with a bon dof $150,000.

3/6/2020 - A second man has been charged in a shooting that grazed a 4-year-old as she slept.
According to the police affidavit, the sister of the first suspect - Tommy Dang - admitted to participating in the planning, and pointed investigators to 20-year-old Kevin Cantu as taking part.
Police say Cantu turned himself in, and admitted to driving the vehicle. He said Tommy Dang and another unidentified man made the molotov cocktail that was thrown at the home before the shooting.
Cantu is charged with 14 counts of attempted first degree murder. His bond is set at $350,000.
Police have not yet said if the first suspect's sister will be charged, or if there are charges pending against any other suspects.
Bond was set for Dang at $1,000,000.
Both Dang and Cantu are due in court Monday.

UPDATE 3/5/2020 - Memphis Police say a man is now charged after a molotov cocktail was thrown at a home, and a 4-year-old girl grazed by a bullet inside while sleeping.
20-year-old Tommy Dang is charged with 14 counts of attempted first degree murder, employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and false reporting.
Investigators say Dang was identified as one of at least four suspects who opened fire on the home in the 4600 block of Dunn Avenue about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police say video shows a molotov cocktail was molotov cocktail was thrown at the home just before the gunfire. The 4-year-old girl was asleep in a room with her mother when she was grazed by a bullet.
Investigators say one of the men in the home told them he had a cousin who was accused of assaulting Dang's sister. They say the witness told them he had seen the same car from the shooting previously in front of the home of Dang's sister.
Investigators say in the hours after the shooting, Dang reported his gun stolen, claiming it was taken from his garage. This led to the false reporting charge.
Dang remains in the Shelby County Jail without bond.

3/4/2020 - Memphis Police are investigating after a four-year-old girl was grazed by a bullet while sleeping.
It happened about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at a duplex in the 4600 block of Dunn Avenue. The child’s mother told police she was asleep in a bedroom with her four-year-old daughter and a third person. She said she awoke to gunfire and realized the shots were coming inside her home. She then realized her daughter had been hit by one of the bullets.
The woman told police they never looked outside and did not see who was firing the shots, but there were bullet holes in the walls.
Officers said there was a small fire in the yard on one side of the duplex when they arrived.
Investigators say 14 people were in the duplex at the time of the shooting. Only the four-year-old was grazed. She was taken to the hospital, treated, and back home before officers cleared the scene.
Investigators say four suspects took off eastbound on Dunn after the shooting. They believe the suspects were in a newer model gray or silver Toyota Corolla with dark tinted windows and dark rims.
