MEMPHIS, Tenn — An adult and three teens now face charges after shots were fired outside a football jamboree at Cordova High School Thursday.
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said they responded to a shots fired call at 8:20 p.m. and found no injuries or property struck, and officers cleared the area.
Cameron Kimbrough, 19, received a misdemeanor citation for unlawful possession of a firearm and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Three teens were also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, with one teen being charged with theft under $1,000, and another teen charged with violation of vehicle registration and reckless driving.
This was one of two separate incidents at MSCS football jamborees Thursday, the other being a massive brawl at Whitehaven High School, where two teens and an adult were arrested.
