MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police said a 16-year-old was shot to death while riding his bike the day after Halloween, and they need the public's help to find the killer(s).
MPD said officers responded to the shooting in the 1600 block of Mississippi Boulevard, near Doris Avenue about 4:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022. Investigators said the boy was riding his bike northbound on Mississippi Blvd. when someone opened fire, hitting him several times.
The teen was taken to the hospital, but died from his injuries.
Police have not released any information on suspects.
