SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (AP) – UPDATE 10/16/2019 – Authorities in Mississippi are looking for more victims of a man they accuse of molesting children as young as 8 years old and distributing pornographic images.
News outlets report the Desoto CountySheriff’s Department arrested 24-year-old Daniel Coulston at his family’s homeon Monday. He’s charged with molesting children under the age of 16 andmanufacturing, possessing and distributing child pornography.
Det. Steve Logan said Coulston tookpornographic photos and video of himself with children and shared them online.
The state attorney general’s Internet CrimesAgainst Children task force began investigating after someone reported seeingdisturbing images.
Investigators believe electronics seizedduring a search of Coulston’s home in Southaven, Mississippi, could containmore evidence.

10/15/2019 – A Southaven man has been arrested on child molestation and child porn charges.
Daniel Coulston is charged with molesting children under the ageof 16, and manufacturing, possessing, and distributing child pornography. TheDeSoto County Sheriff’s Department joined with the Internet Crimes AgainstChildren (ICAC) task force and state Attorney General’s office for theinvestigation.
Details have not been released on what led to the investigationand charges.
The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department says victims continue to beidentified.
