MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man and a woman are detained after Memphis Police responded to a Friday afternoon shooting in Frayser, according to MPD.
The shooting took place in the 1800 block of Cedarhurst Ave., near Ed Rice Community Center, on Friday a few minutes before 4 p.m. According to MPD, a man was injured and transported to the hospital. He is expected to recover.
Memphis Police did not add any additional details, other than to say the investigation is on-going.
