MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two people have died after being shot blocks from the University of Memphis Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Memphis Police Department, the shooting happened in the 3700 block of Carnes around 2:45pm. Police did not release details about what happened other than to say they are investigating.
