MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are searching for the suspects who stole several dozen guns from a semi-trailer at Bass Pro in northeast Memphis.
Officers responded to the theft about 6:00 a.m. Monday, June 14, 2021 at the Bass Pro store in the 600 block of Macon Road. Police said 19 semi-auto shotguns, 2 assault rifles, and 2 hunting rifles were stolen from a semi-trailer.
Police said surveillance video showed three vehicles involved in the theft: a 2013 silver Kia Sorento, a silver Infiniti G35, and a light brown or gold sedan.
In a statement to Local 24 News, Bass Pro said, "We are working closely with law enforcement. Because their investigation is ongoing, we will defer all questions to them at this time. Bass Pro Shops also does not comment on security measures."
Memphis Police, the ATF, and the FBI are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 901-528-2274 (CASH).

MEMPHIS, TN – On June 14, 2021, at 6:00 am, MPD responded to a theft from Semi-trailer at 6041 Macon Road (Bass Pro Shop). Bass Pro Shop was able to locate video of the (3) three vehicles used during the theft. 23 Long Guns were stolen; 2 Assault Rifles, 2 Hunting Rifles, and 19 Semi-Auto Shotguns. All stolen firearms have been entered into NCIC.
The Memphis Police Department, FBI, and ATF are jointly investigating this case. Additional information is requested to help identify the suspects.

No arrests have been made at this point, and additional information is being requested. This is an ongoing investigation.
