MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman is facing charges after for an October 2023 shooting left a man dead in Castalia Heights.
Jamesha Banzant, 34, has been charged with first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery.
MPD said the shooting took place in the 1700 block of Lapaloma Street and that they responded at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2023.
One victim that was a man was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds, according to MPD.
A witness told police they saw the man get killed and the suspect take two cellphone devices.
