MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person is dead after a plane crashed Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in Martin, Tennessee, according to City of Martin officials.
The City of Martin Fire/EMS said that they, along with the Weakley County EMA, sheriff and rescue squad, were on the scene of a small plane crash near 957 Vancleave Rd. around 11 a.m.
Later, around 2:30 p.m., they confirmed one person died in the crash.
