A 3-month-old baby boy is being treated for severe abuse, including a fractured skull, and signs of super glue around his mouth. The baby is being treated here in Memphis.
This started in Kennett, Missouri, when a friend saw the child with bruising on his face and both arms and legs, dried blood around his nose, and super glue around his mouth.
The child was taken to a Blytheville, Arkansas, hospital, where tests showed he had a fractured skull and ribs.
The baby’s mother said she was on her way to the hospital, but never arrived.
The child was flown to Memphis and is at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.
