SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn — According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), a 6-year-old boy is seriously hurt after shooting himself in Frayser on Thursday, June 27.
MPD said the incident occurred on the 2800 block of Spring Hill. The 6-year-old boy suffered from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and was taken to Le Bonheur in critical condition.
Memphis Police confirmed on June 28 that no charges have been filed.
