MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com)- Saturday, a local anti-violence group showed their appreciation for the dozens of South Memphis volunteers who help them all year.
Stevie Moore, President and Founder of Freedom of Unnecessary Negatives hosted his 2nd Annual Toy Giveaway and Dinner for his staff and their families in South Memphis.
Moore said all year they dedicated countless hours to his organization’s mission and he wanted to say thank you.
“Committed their time all year for me and you see the FFUN t-shirts, all these volunteers they don’t ask for nothing they just come in and volunteer and work, so I told them to bring your children, bring your grandchildren. I want to show them love because you showed love all year,” said Moore.
Moore’s organization has a mission to provide solutions to problems facing the at risk community.
