Local attorney Marvin Ballin, founder of Ballin, Ballin, and Fishman, has died at the age of 87.
The law firm made the announcement on its Facebook page Tuesday, saying, “It is with great sadness that our firm announces Founder Marvin Ballin passed away this morning at the age of 87. Marvin was a pioneer for law in the city of Memphis and at our firm. He will be greatly missed by all who came into contact with him. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, October 31st, at 2:00 at Baron Hirsch Synagogue. Baron Hirsch is located at 400 S. Yates.”
