MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was shot and a child was grazed by a bullet in an early morning shooting in Cordova, Shelby County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) said.
Deputies responded to a shooting with injuries just before 2:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 2, at the 6900 block of Brady Hill Dr.
After making the scene, deputies found a man shot and a girl who appeared to have been grazed by a bullet.
The girl was treated on the scene and the man was transported to Regional One in non-critical condition.
SCSO says this is an ongoing investigation.
