MEMPHIS, Tenn. — MLGW says a troubleshooter is working on an outage caused by a crash in Raleigh Monday morning.
Memphis Police said about 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, 2023, a vehicle hit a pole at Raleigh-Millington and St. Elmo. Only one car was involved, and MPD said no one was injured.
According to MLGW, the crash took out a circuit. The utility said work is underway to restore power to those affected. MLGW’s outage map shows just over 1,300 affected by the outage just in that area.
MLGW did not have an estimated time for when power would be restored.
Remember to treat any traffic lights out as four-way stops.
